Are you guys excited for spring yet? Geez.. bring it on already! At Target they have bathing suits and summer stuff already promoted in the isles. I can’t help but say: I LOVE IT. So, to get you guys even more excited, you must check out this pretty little collection for spring 2010 by Guerlain: The Cherry Blossom Collection.
Can I just jump in here real quick and mention that kristadior.com has reached over 51,000 readers since 2007? Some blogs receive millions of blog readers per day, but I am just starting to really roll this thing out and it’s gaining momentum.. so please do bookmark, subscribe, and share this blog! Thanks for all of your help!
Brace yourself for the cuteness…

The Cherry Blossom Collection by Guerlain Spring 2010 will become available about mid-January 2010. Keep your eyes peeled for this collection and it’s gorgeous, sleek packaging.
Ombre Éclat 4 Couleurs – 408 Jeu d’Ombrelles ($59) (above) is the collection’s quad eyeshadow palette. The pattern that adorns the top layer of the shadow is similar to the material in the geisha’s dress, which varies in colors ranging from purple, cherry red, gold and shimmering pinks.

Blush Éclat – 07 Cherry Blossom ($49) is the soft- pink / coral blush with the imprint of tiny geisha umbrellas on top. The top layer reddish accent colors are something that wear down after use, so I am not sure what exact color this blush would be after using a few times. I would assume it takes on the color that the model is wearing in the top photo, but I would need to test it on myself to be sure.

If you remember my post on Luxury Cosmetics for the Holidays, you may recall the Météorites compact with the black crystals on the top. I want to introduce you to the new packaging for Météorites Voyage Exceptional Pressed Powder in Mythic ($170 at Nordstrom.com). This powder is a face brightener, and skin perfector. The powder’s multi-colored hues come together to help dull skin tones and textures come alive. This is probably Guerlain’s most popular product!

Guerlain has already released a Cherry Blossom Fragrance in the past, but this one is the Insolence Blooming version of the fragrance.

Guerlain ‘Rouge G – Le Brillant’ Lip Color ($46) in sleek packaging makes this totally desirable for spring! Rouge G de Guerlain Le Brillant invents chic shine. With the original creamy texture of its predecessor, Rouge G Le Brillant adds a lighter, shinier finish for exceptional long-lasting sheen. Colors featured in the Spring collection include Blondie B01, Barbara B02, Bridget B03, Betsy B62, Beatrix B60, Brenda B61, Brit B40, Bianca B21, Berry B20, and Bella B63.

Guerlain ‘Kiss Kiss Strass’ Lip Color Kiss Kiss Strass reveals sparkling and extra-scintillating shine. Sexy and glamorous, this ultimate accessory of seduction plays with dazzling reflections to multiply light like a kaleidoscope. Colors featured in the Spring collection include Rose Perle 360, Rose Strass 361, Corail Dentelle 362, Orange Sequin 342, Rouge Taffetas 320, Rouge Broderie 321, Cuivre Drapé 322, Brun Prarure 341, Brun Satin 343 and Beige Mousseline 340.
What do you think? Are you gonna get it? I think it’s a little too rich for my taste at this point. I want to try the Meteorites powder without the fancy $180 compact, and possibly get the cheaper version.

I know that Cyber Monday is supposed to be the day that kicks off the huge internet sales, but I am gonna do something a little different. I may be kind and post some awesome coupon codes this week, but for now, let’s oogle over some holiday treats that might be out of reach.. but are pretty to look at!
The Guerlain Collection Imperiale 2009 is drop dead hot.

What is this!? I love it sooo much I want to eat it. It’s the Eclat Imperial Sublime Radiant Powder ($85 at Nordstrom.com). According to Guerlain, this product is: “An illuminating powder that graces the skin with a gentle and sheer veil of ‘diamond’ reflections.” This is NOT a face powder! This product is intended for use on the body, like the shoulders, arms, hair, etc. to add sparkle.

This is the Guerlain ‘Meteorites Voyage’ Compact ($170) You are seriously not going to want to drop this compact! Studded with Swarovski crystals, this compact is going to make a stunning gift! The powder itself is a face brightener, to help create a flawless look to the skin. This product is also available in a less expensive black compact with white rhinestones: Guerlain ‘Meteorites’ Illuminating Pearls ($53)

Gorgeous lipstick case! This is the Guerlain ‘Le Rouge G de Guerlain’ Lipstick, available in two shades: Grace and Gems. ($45 each) Nordstrom.com says: “A precious ruby powder interacts with daylight to reveal spectacular radiance unachieved to date. Lips are immediately defined, smoothed, plumped and hydrated. Nestled in its original case designed by the jeweller Lorenz Baumer, Rouge G has become a classic in refinement and modernity. Elegant and unique, this holiday’s limited edition is enhanced with a black jewel clasp. ”

I’ve never used a mascara this fancy before! This is the Guerlain ‘Le 2 de Guerlain’ Mascara. ($35) This mascara includes two ends with different color options. One end is an ultra-black mascara, while the other end is a gold glitter mascara for use on the tips of your lashes to create a dramatic effect.
The Christmas 2009 Dior Collection is full of surprises!

This look is amazing! I want the hair, eyes, everything. What is that jewel she’s holding?? Well, it’s the Cristal Boreal Gloss Jewel! ($80)

This is a gleaming pendant necklace inspired by the “Crystale Boreale,” a legendary Swarovsky crystal-studded pendant designed for Christian Dior in 1955.

Two holiday travel palettes from Dior to drool over ($75): The first featured palette consists of the following: six eyeshadows, a DiorBlush, an all over face highlighter and deluxe miniatures of Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss Reflect in Organdi Pink 257 and Diorshow Iconic Mascara in Black 090. The second palette features: six eyeshadows, a Diorblush, an all over face highlighter, and deluxe miniatures of Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss Reflect, and Diorshow Iconic Mascara.
I just love these rare and beautiful holiday collections, but geez, I will really have to beg Santa this year just to get one of these!

The hottest glosses for Spring/Summer 2009 are soooo irresistable! Pinks, corals, fuschias, it’s really hard to choose just one! My first faves are coming from the Cadillac of glosses, Glossimer from Chanel has a collection called Celestial Shimmer.. totally the cutest colors they’ve had yet!! Yup, the glosses are $27 bucks a pop, but they are huge, long lasting, and totally gorgeous.
Like something sweet, shiny and totally hot for the season? Check out the vast collection of Fresh cosmetics glosses, with a taste of sugary goodness. ($18)
If you like all that glitters, you are gonna love the new Limited Edition lipglosses at Guerlain, simply called “Kiss Kiss Gloss”, these glosses are paradise inspired in three sparkling colors: Orange Interdite, Cerise Tentat and Pomme Du Desir. ($29)
